FINE ARTS STUDIO NEWSLETTER

Hello Hello Art Studio Families,

It was great seeing so many of you at our first Art Studio PA Meeting last week. For those who missed it the recording of the meeting is posted on the PA website.

The meeting schedule for the rest of the year is below and is now posted on the website. Please let us know if there are topics you’d like to discuss before the meetings, and we will add them to the agenda.

We also want to thank you for all the donations we’ve received from parents. As you know, this is a particularly difficult year, and your donations make a big difference for our art students.

We hope to see you at the Faculty and Staff Art Show this Friday October 18^th from 4 to 7pm. This show kicks off the Fine Art Studio’s exhibition season. This show celebrates the talents from all the academic and studio departments at LaGuardia including teachers, administrators, and support staff. It is a great way to bring the LaGuardia community together at the start of the year.

FACULTY AND STAFF ART SHOW

The show will be displayed in the school lobby and in the 2^nd Floor Art Gallery, Room 253. Our student volunteers will be there to direct you.

The meeting will be on Zoom. We will send meeting details and reminders closer to the date. Please send us any questions or topics you would like us to discuss.

2024/2025 ART PA MEETING SCHEDULE

Please mark your calendars. Below is the ART PA meeting schedule for the 2024/25 school year. Meetings will all be on Zoom, and they will run from 7:30-8:45pm. They will alternate between Monday and Tuesday evenings to coordinate with the Executive Board PA meetings and the General PA meetings.
