This will ensure that Mrs. McGoey stays up-to-date with the new curriculum and does more course training to be the best possible AP Psychology teacher for LaGuardia students.

  • Review your Maia applying list for accuracy!
  • Please continue to update outcomes/decisions for each school in your applying list in Maia! Choose ONE attending school. Update if you applied with test scores.
  • Make your college deposit deadline on time. Continue to update FAFSA/TAP. Reach out to financial aid offices at the college to let them know if you are having any issues. You can try to negotiate for more aid if needed. Check out this article to learn how.
  • Please fill out the diploma name verification HERE. Email nthomas44@schools.nyc.gove with questions.
  • Final transcripts are sent to the ONE attending school you indicate in Maia in July (after a discharge/graduation date is finalized on the document). Reminder that colleges can rescind acceptances or question students based on final transcripts if they see low or failing grades. Please review this policy at the college and please reach out to them if you have any questions.
  • Please reach out to your teachers directly to discuss your current assignments/grades, as they are the only ones that can assign or adjust grades.
