Our next PA meeting will take place next TUESDAY, MAY 6, 2014.
PLEASE NOTE: The STUDIO meetings will take place at 6 pm in their usual locations (will be posted at the Security Desk as you enter the school.)
The GENERAL PA Meeting will take place at 7 pm in the 5th Floor Cafeteria.
(Note: We had the meeting times reversed in the Sunday News.)
In our continuing efforts to be “green” (and to cut down on printing costs as well), we only provide the PA documents online. Click the name of the document below to download it. The latest revised budget will be available to all at the meeting.
It’s May, and that means it’s time to start thinking about PA Elections. For those of you who are new to the school, here’s how it works. Every PA position is a one-year term only — which means every position is open every year. Attached you will find a detailed list of positions as well as a nomination form. If you are interested in running for any position, simply fill out the nomination form belowand email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Nominations close on Friday, May 23, 2014and the elections will take place at our June 3, 2014 meeting.
These are the school-wide positions ONLY.Each studio will also be having their own elections on June 3 (before the General meeting) and you’ll hear more about that from your studio reps at the meeting next Tuesday.
