College Now
College Now is a FREE college transition, dual enrollment program for New York City Public Schools (NYCPS) high school students. College Now enables NYCPS high school students to develop academic momentum toward a college degree, make informed choices about college, and learn how their education can lead to a rewarding career.
College Now is geared toward NYCPS 11th and 12th graders, with limited opportunities for 10th graders.
Application deadlines vary at each campus. LaGuardia High School has two College Now partner campuses:
Spring registration is now open or opening very soon at CCNY and Hunter - contact the College Now campus directly to confirm their deadline.
- Fall semester applications are typically available late March to mid-September.
- Spring semester applications are typically available October to early-February.
- Summer program applications are typically available March to June.
Most programs have a first-come, first-served application process (with preference given to students from partner high schools), so it is recommended to apply early in the application process.
